I have been taking biotin for a while now but only recently switched to this brand. My body is used to the product but what I can say is I haven't noticed any weird side effects or anything like that. This definitely helps with my skin nails and hair health. I have thick healthy long hair. My nails grow really fast as well... I will definitely continue using this brand of biotin.

I've taken biotin for years, and Im always hesitant to switch brands because some cause me to breakout on my face. I was willing to try the Sports Research brand since it had coconut oil added. I've heard of the benefits, but dont care for the taste, so having it coupled with something I already use is a win/win for me. The pill was a 2 toned small gel capsule, almost as if the 2 items were separated. It was easy to swollow, and I've been taking them for a bit over 3wks and have had no breakouts which is good. I'll continue to take them. I have a checkup in December and I'll then determine if the coconut oil benefits are worth it, but Im pleased so far.

Have been taken biotin for 2 years now due to having the gastric sleeve surgery, and I was starting to have hair loss on my already thin hair. It's helped my skin appearance, nail aren't as brittle and has slowed down my hair from falling out. Hair looks healthier, a bit thinker and of course growing. Easy to swollen and no after taste. Great quality a bit pricey but everything is at this moment.

I recently tried the Sports Research - Biotin soft veggie softgels 5000 mcg, which I was looking forward to trying. One thing in which I really liked about these Biotin softgels is that they were extremely easy to swallow, as opposed to taking a "pill". I also like the fact that they are made with Coconut Oil. I have been using them for just about a week, and so far so good.

They don't have any scent or taste which makes them even better! I take the recommended dose of 1 daily with food, and so far they're working great! Lastly, they're certified vegan, gluten free, and Non-GMO.

Biotin is great for breaking down fats and carbohydrates in the body and turning them into energy! The SR Biotin made from coconut oil is fantastic! I'm recovering from my third major surgery in two years. I'm overweight due to mobility issues. I get tired out quickly and overall don't have the energy I used to have. The first thing that caught my eye was the coconut oil ingredient, so that made me excited. So far I have noticed my finger nails haven't been so weak and brittle. The texture of my hair and skin overall have improved with the perk of my hair growing faster. They don't have a bad taste and are not hard to swallow.

I haven't felt any big difference as of yet although I have only been taking the biotin for a couple weeks. to be fair, I would imagine to feel big changes would take months. The supplement has vegan coconut oil which is involved in keratin synthesis, so I have that going for me.
