SPRI Performance Steel Cable Jump Rope, Black, 9 feet

I've recently started mixing up my workouts a lot so I'm not just doing the elliptical and treadmill, and this is such a great addition. I loved jump rope as a kid, but I had forgotten how fun it is. I can't believe what good exercise it is; I'm usually exhausted after I do it for a while. I like this rope because it's thin and you can flip it quickly, and the handles are adjustable so you can lengthen or shorten the rope. I'm 5'10" and it's perfect. I can feel the workout in my arms and legs, and it's great cardio too. Very happy I decided to give this a shot!

This jump rope is a great exercise tool. My favorite feature of this rope is the handles. The handles have this very comfortable tape on them, and they also are modeled to make it so easy and comfortable to hold. The length is adjustable and I love the black color as well. The rope never gets kinked or twisted so I'm glad about that. The package contains a brochure with different type of exercises that can be done with this rope. Overall a good solid, sturdy jump rope for cardio exercise.

I like this jump rope, it is very well made, and this will be a nice addition to the workout I had already started when covid started. I am happy that this is smooth when using, nice grip on the handles, and that this 9 ft rope is adjustable, since I am not a tall person. Great that this jump rope is the choice of health clubs and pros for over 30 years too!!

Upon receiving my product I noticed the generous length. The handles are perfectly made with non slip grip for sweaty hands so that it won't slip away. The cable wires are made great so they won't tangle. The sleek black color theme gave it a cool modern look. I have enjoyed hours of use. And I would highly recommend this product.

This SPRI performanxe jump rope s a great rope for my cardiovascular exercise. It has enough weight to provide a great jumping experience, but also light enough that it seems to rotate very well. My kids also like playing double dutch gives them hours of playtime outside.

SPRI Performance Steel Cable Jump Rope is a great addition to any home gym or home exercising experience. I have been looking for a light but durable jump rope for awhile. I love how lightweight it is and how comfortable the handles are to hold onto. This is a great piece of equipment to use for some cardio. It really got my heart pumping. The great thing about this jump rope is that the rope is adjustable. The rope itself is 9 ft. It is also black. I feel like this is going to become my new go to for exercising. I feel like I am having so much fun when using this. A definite must have and I would highly recommend it.

This jump rope had very user friendly handles. It's nice and long. It has the weight to it which makes it very easy. It's 9 feet do no ducking under the old school ones. Great for the entire family if we can all remember how to LOL It's a great workout from kids to adults.

The 9-inch long cable jump rope is very durable and lightweight. I'm only 5'1” and the adjustable jump rope is very advantageous for vertically challenged person like me. I can secure the excess cable around the handle with rubber band so it won't get unwieldy. The flexible cable holds its shape and slides easily as it rotates. However, I'd prefer a regular rope rather than a cable as the rope gives you a bit of weight when it's hits the ground. I'd hope that I'd get the hang of it eventually.

I like this jump rope. It has a soft cable instead of a rope. It can twist but I hang my jump ropes so they do not twist. If you do not hang this jump rope, before you start using it you must untwist it. I got a 9 foot jump rope. Both of my children are teenagers and over 6 feet tall. This means that this jump rope is used outside. It is very durable and it works great. I just don't have high enough ceilings in the house for this jump rope to work. I highly recommend it because like I said it is durable and because it has a soft cable instead of a rope you know that it will last and won't fray.

It is a light weight jump rope and resizing is easy it just has 2 screws at the top that hold the cable when you size it. It also has clear instructions and it connects to an app the only down side is the app doesn't have a speed rope section other than that it is really nice
