SPRI Posture Corrector Adjustable Back Support Belt, Breathable, One Size, Black, 0.5 lb

Finding a reliable, quality posture corrector for me was a must as I work behind a computer most of the day and even with a lumbar pillow I tend to slouch and it puts strain on my bad back. My orthopedic surgeon told me proper posture is a must and he said a posture corrector might help to at least remind me to pull my shoulders back and sit up straight. So I ordered the SPRI Back Posture Corrector Brace with high hopes - I had bought others before and I knew immediately just taking them out of the package that they were low quality and would just not work - but the SPRI was well packaged, sturdy and well made. It was pretty easy to figure out how to use - I wore it for the recommended 15 minutes the first day increasing it 15 minutes each day as per the instructions - using it a maximum of an hour or two at a time. I opt not to use the comfort pads and I am still comfortable wearing it. I'm anxious to try it outside my home under my clothes to see if it will stabilize my posture on the move. The one key hint that worked for me in the instructions was to put it on like a backpack so I am able to easily slip in and out of it each day. So far I have been wearing it for about a week and I am seeing a difference even when I'm not wearing it.

This is a great back brace for upper body. It pulls your shoulders back to straighten your body. You can fit it to where you need it. Getting on is easy and adjusting is easy. I have to have help getting it off. I am older and my flexiblity is not that great. It helps with pain in the upper back.

I thought it would be uncomfortable especially because I'm small framed. But I was greatly surprised. It is very comfortable and I'm able to wear it and feel like it is straightening my back. I have a tendency to hunch, so I needed this to remind me to stand straight.

Once upon a time, I had a great posture. I was a musician throughout much of my childhood. Posture was drilled into my brain. Today, my posture isn't the greatest. Years of working on computers, etc... Ya know, it happens. Tried this out, as I'm hoping to relieve some back pain. I use it 15 min a day. So far, so good. A bit of soreness in the beginning, as I was not accustomed to sitting up THAT well. Definitely worth trying out, if you need help with your posture.

This product has a lot of areas of adjustment, which makes for a customizable fit. However, the guidance of how to adjust are sparse. Once I finally adjusted all the points, I felt a gentle rug to my shoulders. In order to remove it, the 'bookbag' type straps have to be loosened. I'm unsure if this is truly undetectable under clothing. I think there are padded and movable covers to disguise the buckles, but that is absent in the directions. I like the product, but it would be helpful to have a use video or more complete directions. It does have an initial chemical scent, but I think that will dissipate. This also serves as a good reminder when working to be mindful of slouched shoulders. It is recommended to wear it 15 minutes to become accustomed to the new shoulder positioning. Rather than being an irritating strap material, most of the parts that touch skin are soft and maybe neoprene.

The back posture corrector brace is an excellent product. It is easy to put on and take off and is made of quality materials; however, out of the packaging, it was necessary for me to hang it up and air it out for a few days before trying it on. For someone looking to correct their posture stance, this will definitely work. I wore it for a couple of hours the first time and then worked on adding more time over the next few days.

I have only had this brace for 3 days & I am really sold on it! It is easy to put on & quite comfortable, once it is adjusted to your personal fit. Very easy, convenient pull tabs are in place to tighten & loosen the fit. There are removable foam supports for added comfort. It's as easy to put on & take off as putting a backpack on & off. The instructions recommend using for only 15 minutes a day to start, then gradually increasing the amount of wear time. I wore it for half an hour today & it remained comfortable & supportive, even though I was doing some household chores. I really feel like it is keeping my posture perfect for me, without me even thinking about it. It is also made to fit under clothes without anyone knowing it's there (besides the person wearing it!). I would highly recommend this posture corrector for anyone who feels they need the extra support in that area.

This is the second posture brace I've owned. The first I got 20 years ago to help a broken collar bone heal well, and then there's this one. I thought it would be useful for helping me maintain good posture, but I didn't really feel like it was doing anything. If anything, wearing it actually inflamed my old injury and gave me a sore shoulder for a couple of days. On top of that, I found the straps put too much pressure on my armpits and made my hands get numb and tingly. Add to that the fact that wearing this under my shirt was a pretty weird look. I could see this being helpful for someone who needs a device to remind them not to slouch, and, to be fair, the padding and adjustability are pretty good, but for me it just didn't help.

Product is not very effective. It keeps you from reaching your hands out too far which might help your posture. It is not very comfortable. It might work for some people but it didn't work for me. This brace goes for around $13 at Walmart. It has only gotten a 2 1/2 star rating on Walmart website.I have back problems but it wasn't too effective.

I don't think this SPRI posture corrector is for me. I found it to be very difficult to get on and off, I needed help with both! When I was wearing it it was very uncomfortable!
