Great item, many uses.
Activated charcoal is amazing. After reading on oil pulling, I started doing that technique with an activated charcoal capsule mixed with water on mornings. I also prefer using this moisture instead of oil. If I eat anything bad, I take two capsules and it prevents me from getting sick.

Great gas relief
Great gas relief! I have had gastric bypass and struggle with bloating from gas. It was recommended that I try activated charcoal so I did. This was after trying other this like gas pills and a heating pad on my stomach. Nothing helped until I tried this. The help was quick and I didn't have to take more than the 2 pills with a 8oz glass of water. I am so very grateful that this helped. I was so Miserble and now I don't look pregnant 😐

My Charcoal

This is a must for me. thid eliminate alot of gas. I hav a huge amount of amount. Works better than any prescription or simethicone. It does turn stools dark
