Without Flaxseed Oil supplements I would have Achilles Tendonitis pain 24/7. Other tendons are now more flexible. Avoid omega 6 sources as much as possible to control inflammation.

I won't buy this brand again.
The ampules tend to stick together and are difficult to get from the bottle. This is a change from earlier lots and is unacceptable.

Leaky softgels
Disappointed. Apparently more than one of the softgels leaked in the bottle and got oil over all of the other softgels. I won't get Flaxseed Oil from Spring Valley again. BUT it's hard to find in in 2100 mg. Most are 1000 mg or less.

Total mess.
Worst softgels ever. Apparently, some softgels leak and the whole container becomes a total mess as the softgels stick to each other and are impossible to separate. Trying, creates a larger mess because some will spill the content on the already messy container. Will never buy again.

Carrageenan is in this and it's bad for you it can cause cancer.
