Keto energy boost
This is the only brand I have tried, but I found this MCT oil very helpful for the ketogenic diet. It relieves fatigue, and is quite effective considering it is not a medication but an oil That is natural. I have bought it twice now and do not plan to run out.

Actually works
Since taking MCT oil my cholesterol readings have been the best I ever had. It lowered my triglycerides from high to great. It's tasteless, and you only need a tablespoon. So far so good.

Probably helpful.
It really does seem to help suppress my appetite. Only been taking it twice a day for a little over a week and have lost 3 lbs. It's not been long enough to say it's working but I am hopeful.

no problem with product itself but the packaging was awful. it was shipped in a mailer envelope so it came open and 1/3 of the bottle had leaked out.
