I've tried several melatonin gummies. These are by far the best. They have the best price, they taste good, they are soft and stay soft, and work well. Others I have tried either did not taste good, or would get hard to the point that it was difficult to chew them. They help me get to sleep when I need it, and I would recommend to others.

So I would not advise this but I usually have a about five gummies per night. I noticed that since I started my skin looked so good. Turns out a quick Google search says that it is anti aging! I'm guessing melatonin, sleep, beauty rest. But these work and taste so good. They are so juicy they taste better than any gummies candy. They encourage a light natural sleep and no hang over the next morning.

bought these for my son, but have tried em' twice myself. I ate 2 the first time and was fairly! the 2nd time I took 1, and was asleep fairly quick also. groggy the next morning from them though. my son has no complaints about them either.

these ate so easy to use..i have them sitting on my nightstand and if i'm having trouble getting to sleep i just take 1 gummy which is 2 and half mg and im soon sound asleep.

I love that it is better than a sleeping pill and it seems to relax my muscles and it seems to help with my restless legs syndrome. I really like these sleep gummies from Spring Valley.

Our pediatrician prescribed melatonin to our youngest. Our oldest decided she wanted some too. We found that the gummies are pleasant in flavor and kid and adult friendly. Unfortunately, our local Walmart rarely has it so we order it. Wonderful stuff and no having to take pills.

The bottle shows 5mg which is the same dosage as the pill I have been taking, so I thought this was a pretty good value. However, you have to take 2 gummies for the dosage, so not the value I thought. They do work as good as the pill form. However, when I had my grandson overnight, just took 1 gummie since I didn't want to take a chance of sleeping "too good".

Normally when I take tablets of melatonin I get so sleepy and fall asleep and sleep all night. With these gummies I never felt any effect. I can see myself eating more and more trying to fall asleep but I would not do that. I just don't think that they are worth buying again or recommending.

my husband and I are getting older and need a little help falling asleep at night. Neither of us had never tried these and quit frankly they didn't do anything.
