Best for severe leg cramps
Our physician recommended these for my husbands sever leg cramps. More than cramps. The muscles seized up and felt bruised for days. Co-Q-10 relieved the condition enough that it's not nearly as frequent or as painful. We've tried many things, but this is the one that worked for us. Just be sure to get the 400mg product, not the 100.

I have been taking CoQ10 for a number of years and I notice a difference of I've run out. I like my energy and I don't feel groggy while taking this. I recommend this suppliment.

We were purchasing Quonal brand but needed something more in our budget. I did my research and found Spring Valley had the same ingredients, more capsules and a better price!!

Medication looks weird
These pills were discolored and some of them were hard. My husband had taken 4 of them and they were fine but when he shook another one out to take it was discolored so he dumped out the rest to look at them and they were not as they should be.
