Easy to swallow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Spring Valley Vitamin E capsules from influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I have been taking for about a month , I have not noticed anything yet. They are easy to swallow, , normal size, not big like others. No negative side effects , I take in mornimg after eating breakfast. The bottles are standard size , not a small bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vitamin E is 180 mg (400 iu) per unit. There are 200 soft gels in a bottle. The size of the soft gel is medium size, bigger than vitamin d soft gel. It did not have a strong taste or much change of my health.

They are okay but I realized they were synthetic vitamins. I hate taking synthetic anything. I will not buy them again.
