Zinc protects you from so many ailments. I just can't live without it( especially in winter) when colds, covid, and flu is running rampant. The tablets ate a little cheaper, but it diesnt taste good at all! I prefer these 50g capsules. They are easier to swallow and you don't have to taste them.

Dr. told me i need to take D3 2000 been taking for 10 years. The Zinc was later recomended so i was happy that Spring Valley brand had the 2 supplements in one capsule that i needed

Seems to be a good quality offering for Zinc. Someone said, Zinc is zinc but that's not true the product and packaging and quality level really does matter

Bought this for the cold and flu season. I've been taking it everyday and even managed to avoid getting the cold my child brought home from school. I highly recommend zinc for the cold and flu season.
