I am anemic and on iron, vitamin c helps your body absorb iron, so I take these daily to help me. I also have issues with inflammation and healing, so these help my body. These taste delicious, and I enjoy taking them.

This brand was a subsitute for another brand I discovered that worked really well. However for my body type I didn't experience or feel this one worked as well for me. Unfortunately I couldn't change the 5 star rating in app it's stuck.

I love getting Wal-Mart stuff delivered! I can just walk out on the porch and pick it up. If something is left off the order they will refund you for it. I definitely recommend this service. I'm so happy they shop for me!😊
