I bought this walking pad a few months back and have used it almost every day - truly one of the best purchases I’ve made! And all of a sudden, a few days ago, it sounded like a part had come loose and was rattling. I reached out to the seller and heard back almost immediately! They asked for a video of the treadmill, which I sent, and they shipped out a brand new walking pad the same day! I had my replacement within 48hrs!

I echo other reviews. I don’t like how much it beeps and you can’t silence the dang beep. But it’s a small price to pay for a solid walking pad. I love mine and use it almost every day. It’s lightweight enough I can move it around as much as I need to, it’s plenty big enough for my gait, the various speeds are plenty, and it’s quiet enough.

I purchased this walking pad and was a little skeptical.. set it up .. ready to go .. it’s very quiet and it does it’s part .. It turns off automatically after the timer hits 1 hour .. which is ok .. very convenient since I have a small space for it .. recommended ..

I recently purchased this walking pad from Walmart and loved it. But then suddenly the belt started making noise and would stop working in the middle of my walk. I immediately emailed the customer service email and they quickly responded. After several emails with pictures and videos, they sent me a brand new machine! I would recommend this to everyone!

I am extremely pleased with this walking pad. So much better than a full-size tread mill. It's quieter, easier to move and slides under my bed after use. I can use the walking pad when I want and for as long as I want. This is definitely more comfortable than walking outside in the heat or cold. The large digital display that measures Speed, Distance Time and Calories burned is very helpful. This is one of the best purchases I've made.

This is exactly what I needed. It isn't too heavy to move around and has wheels to help you scoot it. I store it under my bed because it's not too bulky. It is perfect for anyone who wants a treadmill but doesn't want to commit to a large and expensive one!

I was hesitant about getting this in fear of not being able to actually work and walk. I started out very slow until I was comfortable with increasing my speed over time and now I’m obsessed. My only 2 complaints are noise and the wheels. It’s louder than I hoped so I cannot use this while I’m on a call that requires me to talk. The wheels are at the end of the treadmill so it has to literally be vertical to wheel it which isn’t practical at all. Otherwise, I’m very happy with it and use it every day.

While the is nothing wrong with the item as sold there are some things to consider. I purchased this for my wife who started walking outdoors over the summer. Now that is very cold she wanted to continue indoors but didnt want a full size treadmill. She finds that its a little narrow for her liking and really misses a hand hold. She said she doesn't think she would need a hand hold of it was a little wider. We place it next to the wall so she can steady herself if needed. This is no fault against this item. Just something to consider

I’m trying my best to like it because the size is perfect and it’s so convenient but first thing I noticed was the screen is messed up on the first number so it’s annoying. Second thing is it has a squeaky noise while I’m on it. It says the limit is 300lbs and I’m 220lbs so I thought it would be ok but it is not. When my kids are on it it does not squeak so I’m sure it is my weight.

I would give it zero stars but the store won’t let me. Don’t waste your time or money. Junk does not begin to explain. When I received the item I plugged it in and got nothing. Of course it’s not a small item so it’s not like you can just pack it up and return it easily. So I took the cover off to see if I could see what the problem was. Low and behold there was a wire that was disconnected. I reconnected it and it worked alright,I stress alright, for about a month. Now I plug it in and the lights light up but it does nothing more. I should not have to work on a brand new item but then again who wants to cart this thing back to ups or fed ex to have it packed back up and returned!
