I bought this walking pad a few months back and have used it almost every day - truly one of the best purchases I’ve made! And all of a sudden, a few days ago, it sounded like a part had come loose and was rattling. I reached out to the seller and heard back almost immediately! They asked for a video of the treadmill, which I sent, and they shipped out a brand new walking pad the same day! I had my replacement within 48hrs!

I echo other reviews. I don’t like how much it beeps and you can’t silence the dang beep. But it’s a small price to pay for a solid walking pad. I love mine and use it almost every day. It’s lightweight enough I can move it around as much as I need to, it’s plenty big enough for my gait, the various speeds are plenty, and it’s quiet enough.

This is a nice, slim, no frills treadmill which fit perfectly under my desk. Though I had problems with the motor in my first treadmill, customer service was excellent and sent me a new treadmill within 3 days of hearing my issues. The best customer service experience.

As an apartment dweller, this walking pad is the perfect size for my place. It doesn’t take up a lot of room, and it’s fairly easy to transport. The best part? It came fully assembled right out of the box! The only downside was that I forgot to purchase the extended warranty, so I’ll have to go by the store to do that. So far, I enjoy walking on it and I am very happy with my purchase. This treadmill is by StarPower. One more thing…on the website the weight capacity is listed at 300 lbs…but the manual says 265. When I called customer service, they stated that it can hold up to 300 lbs. I have not had any issues with this machine in the 2 weeks I’ve used it daily.

The treadmill works great. It’s very narrow so it took me a few days to be comfortable and not feel like I was going to fall off. I have a standup desk at work and just keep one hand resting on the desk so I don’t feel like I will lose my balance. The rollers on the end make it easy to move out of the way throughout the day when I want to sit back down. If you’re a tall person with a long stride this might not be great for you. I am 5’5. It’s compact for sure but suits me well!

I have had this walking pad for 3 months now. It works great and is easy to use. No set up required, just plug in and go. It is quiet enough to use during work calls or while watching tv (except for the initial beeps turning on). The remote can be a bit finicky at times but no big deal. A but heavy so dont plan on moving it multiple times a day. Would definitely recommend.

Had less than 2 months Used maybe 6 times making a noise in the motor contacted seller Walmart said seller would contact me within 48 hours that was at 8 AM this morning still no werd so not very happy with the product oh my God marciana with us tonight brought things to use

I would give it zero stars but the store won’t let me. Don’t waste your time or money. Junk does not begin to explain. When I received the item I plugged it in and got nothing. Of course it’s not a small item so it’s not like you can just pack it up and return it easily. So I took the cover off to see if I could see what the problem was. Low and behold there was a wire that was disconnected. I reconnected it and it worked alright,I stress alright, for about a month. Now I plug it in and the lights light up but it does nothing more. I should not have to work on a brand new item but then again who wants to cart this thing back to ups or fed ex to have it packed back up and returned!

The pros: It looks good. Requires little space. Is easy to use. Good for walking. The cons: It didn't last. It is small, too small for most people to run on, and without a rail or stand, it is easy to misstep. It is expensive when considering the cost per month. The reason for 1 star is that at months old, it will cost more than it's worth to repair it, it's trouble to dispose of, and seems very negative for the environment.
