Star Trek: Stardate Collection

I have not watched any of the movies yet; it is a Christmas gift but I will get to watch them during the holiday with my son. The addition of second-tier Star Trek movies may be a little undesirable but ten movies for $22 is still a great deal and I love the television and movie series.

Because am old and I love the movies cheap entertament after all I di not like popcorn boxes thrown at my head in the theaters.

This package arrived broken. About 6 of the disks the studs that hold them were broken off. As these pieces were not just floating around the case, I can only assume that they were ALREADY broken at assembly time and nobody cared. The disks all played fine, but already have scratches from sliding around in the case. Also, these are ONLY the digitally enhanced versions, which for some dumb reason Paramount thinks fans would rather see that than the original effects. The CGI effects cheapen the experience for me. I want to see what the props and effects people were able to accomplish on thier limited budgets.

This review is for Walmart/VUDU's wild customer service. I'm sure this DVD set is great, but like other reviewers, the code for redemption of the digital movies did not print on the bottom of my receipt. I contacted Walmart customer service on 7/03/2020 about the issue, was told VUDU would get in touch within 24-48 hours, then got an invite to review my customer service agent as a followup. I contacted Walmart again on 7/8/2020 after no contact from VUDU, got no email back from Walmart, but mysteriously another invite to review a different customer service agent? Finally gave up on Walmart, tried VUDU customer support directly on 8/7/2020, absolutely no response. We are in the middle of a busy, weird time for retail and they're probably short-handed, but I think that 2 months of combined waiting is more than enough. I'll be returning this set unopened, good luck to the next purchaser.

can't give zero. Got a double disc on one and the code wouldn't work for digital. Got the code worked out thru Vudu. and just looked for the other movie.
