I cant really talk about the game because It was for my husband but when I did see my kids play the game they loved it. Both my boys were playing together cooperating laughing and enjoying themselves. when we were shopping for this game Walmart with the store shipping was an unbeatable price and couldnt be matched anywhere. It arrived sooner than I expected so that was a plus.
This was a good price and was promptly shipped. As for if it works, I don't know as it is a Christmas present.
The graphics are amazing and the music score is awesome too. I highly recomend playing with a friend using a headset so you can communicate, because if you try to play solo it becomes boring really quick. If youre a Star Wars fan then buy this for sure. You will have a blast playing it and reliving some of the great movie moments captured by the game
This item was on my grandson's wish list for Christmas. I received it as promised and I am pleased with delivery, however I cannot comment on the nature of the game, but I will definitely comment after Christmas to let you know if this is what he expected. Thanks
Fun and excitements without the blood and guts!! good for my 9 YO son
My son loves this game and was so excited to get it. The only downfall is that it requires the PS4 online membership to do somethings, we do not have that so he was a bummed when he discovered he was fairly limited on what he could do.
My two boys love this game- although they are not "teens" per the game rating but younger, I feel it's fine for them since it's fantasy (Star Wars style). Yes there are guns and shooting hence the rating. It is a well laid-out engaging game with great graphics and definitely NOT boring. Glad we purchased for them (and at a huge discount!).
Well, i played the beta, and bought this the day before my birthday, mostly for family and friends, and let em tell you, if they had better splitscreen (walker assault/ multiplayer modes for splitscreen) i would have given this 5 stars... and i would still have the game. Yes, i took back battlefront, i do like a few of the multiplayer modes, like Walker Assault, but i took it back because i bought it mostly for splitscreen, and although there is splitscreen, COD actually has more splitscreen than battlefront! If Dice were to add this i can guarantee that the reviews would be better, and more would buy this, because most of the reviews i read, people wish for a better splitscreen. thanks for actually having it i guess, but they should have added more. Anyway, i am currently playing the division, which is the game i got when i took back Battlefront. So, battlefront is good for someone who doesn't have too many plans for splitscreen, and doesn't miss the old battlefront times (sittin with a friend and having chaos around every corner.)
Everything is online...the only offline play is the tutorials and Survival Mode which you can split screen co-op with another person. But with only 4 maps and everything else you have to pay for PSN Now to access the online multiplayer. For someone like me who has very limited internet coverage in our area it's not worth the 60 bucks or 80 for the Deluxe. Just hoping that the expansions will offer more offline playability or a campaign mode. We shall see.
The advertisement was not labeled correctly. What arrived was the “Greatest Hits” version that has a differently colored cover art, case, and presumed game disc. Do not purchase if you’re planning to get the original blue theme.
