I really like this coffee. It’s costs half as much as the small bottles of Starbucks I’m used to buying at Walmart. It also has half the calories. It allows me to add whatever I want; I like it rich and creamy. It’s great for my budget as well. Great alternative!
This is a great substitute for a cappuccino powder. Stronger coffee taste and less sugar. I add some half and half and monk fruit. Its too expensive for everyday consumption, but very nice as a mid-week or weekend treat. It still cost a lot less than an acrual Starbucks drink.
I don’t normally drink sweetened coffee, but I have a weakness for anything caramel, so I decided to try this. It’s now a “staple” in my coffee bar. The sweetness is mild, but the caramel flavor is rich and full. I’ve even found that when I run out of milk for my regular Starbucks Instant Dark Roast, I can substitute with a combo ratio of 2:1 spoonfuls of Caramel to Dark Roast. Sometimes I even sprinkle some on my vanilla or caramel Greek yogurt for a flavor boost. I think it would be outstanding as a flavor enhancement for cookies, cakes and muffins, too — lots of possibilities for experimenting. Try it!
I often want an afternoon cup of coffee, but do not want to make an entire pot and want something a little fancy to get me through the rest of the work day. WOW- does this do the job. I tried the Mocha flavor. It is not overly chocolatey, just a perfect touch of chocolate. I can't believe the foam that form just by adding the water and stirring. I will be trying the other flavors now. Very creamy!
This is such a good alternative to buying a coffee from a shop every day! I change up the directions though and use 7 ozs of water instead of 4 because I feel like it makes it taste better (too strong/sugary at 4) and it is what fills my tervis. (doesn’t make it taste watery at all). People are complaining about the size but the entire can is $8 that is literally the price of one iced coffee at a shop. Also it says 14 cups it makes mine has definitely WAYYYY surpassed 14 cups and i use it basically everyday (I bought this June 10th and still have about over 1/4 left on July 31st). I would 100% recommend. The people complaining probably wouldn’t buy a $6 Iced Coffee everyday but if you would this is your life saver. (I’ve never used it hot tho)
It's very quick and easy, the granules melt really well into liquid. It's a bit sweet, but that's not surprising given what it is and it's an easy fix by just diluting it slightly more. My only real complaint is the cost, I don't feel like there's a lot you get for the money - but given it's the SB brand that's not a surprise either. Still cheaper than getting a coffee every day. Tastes GREAT.
This product is delicious. The price is way to much for that tiny can! i was shocked when i got it delivered. i wouldnt have bought it if id shooped myself. dont get me wrong, it tase great. but the amount you get at that price isnt worth it. not when you have other brands that taste just as good and cost lower with more inside. this is a one time buy and only cause i got cash back!
I like the coffee and the foam, add Starbucks caramel macchiato creamer, it’s definitely good substitute on days you can’t afford an actual cup of latte from Starbucks. What I don’t like is the size of the can for the price asking, I thought the can was a little bigger than what I’ve got. It’s almost the same size as a soda can.
I was really hoping for a stronger mocha taste. I could taste the coffee, and it had great crema on top, but I had to add my own chocolate syrup to get more of the mocha taste. The jar is smaller than I expected, so it’s pretty pricey for the amount you get. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying this again.
So I saw this on Walmart.com and it seemed interesting. I was looking at buying a coffee type drink but something different . I saw this so I started to read the reviews. One thing I always hate about this kind of drink are the lumps. No matter how you do it,you have lumps. But the reviews were saying there are no lumps,no powdery lumps. The reviews seemed mixed on the flavor and the texture. I think it was at a special price so I bought some. I know I wouldn't mind an easy stir in coffee drink. I made my first cup by the directions. I decided to have mine hot. When I tasted it at first I was disappointed. It didn't seem to have much flavor and it was watery. Other reviewers said theirs was sweet, not thin and had great flavor. Well I added more powder and it still tasted bland. I then added some sweetener and some more of the powder. There should have been mud at the bottom of my cup but there wasn't. The next day I tried making a cup using the cold directions and had the same results. This stuff has almost no flavor, no sweetness and is as thin as water. I know some of you have had different results but I just can't recommend this product. I can't finish the product either.
