It's perfect for a quick lunch and you don't have to refrigerate it either! Great for a bug out bag and has a good price too! I just saw it on sale so I'm stocking up again! The tuna is good and I like that it is packed in water as opposed to oil. I found out the oil used can cause health issues so the one packed in water is the healthier choice. The pack does not add much weight like the cans do so it's easier on my back.

Tuna is great BUT if you have a sensitivity and use your brain you will not want to eat tuna anymore too much mercury in the water for me I feel bad although the internet will say you have to eat a lot of it, my body tells me is the best compass to go by and I no longer eat tuna anymore.

The boxes were damaged but I didn't see any damage to the individual packages. The tuna in 2 packs looked oddly dark. I put it out for my cats but they wouldn't eat it. I assumed it must be bad and threw it all out because it was not worth getting sick over.
