This is the same brand that we use in a rehab hospital I have worked in. These really work, and price point a lot better than the namebrand ones. I have used these for two months now and have not had a cigarette in that length of time! I will say this is my second attempt to quit but honestly believe I have done it this time. Just remember you have to have your mind set to quit. Its mind over matter. Just think of all the reasons why you are wanting to quit and stick to it. The cravings were there but manageable with this patch. After 30 days the cravings get better. 60 days now, and I can honestly say I don't want a cigarette ever again, and cravings are gone. I may have a fleeting thought of one after eating, or whatever triggers I have. Now just counting down this last month. I think if I finish out the 3-steps I will be done with nicotine completely. It's really evil stuff!

Seems to work well. Thicker and different than most other thin, clear patches but could not tell much difference. Decided to take them off at night.

Worked really good for about 4 hours, then it was like i wasn't even wearing one. Cravings were pretty bad, to the point i took it off and bought a pack of cigarettes. I thought at first it was just me but i tried multiple times and got the same effect. i should have bought Nicoderm.

Doesn't stay on skin %26 didn't cure my cravings or cut back despite using 2!
