You can't get any better than this as far as your money going a long way. I love that it is digitally delivered to my inbox as soon as I order it and I do not have to go into the store to get it. Absolutely no complaints and will continue to order for as long as I have, Straight Talk!

it's very simple and easy to purchase this card and renew my phone bill as well as my kids. the process is easy, after purchase of the card straight talk uploads digital codes to your email and then you text the Straight Talk account info number and it pretty much walks you through the process and ask you what line you are trying to pay and what the code was that was sent to the email. and then your phone bill is paid just like that.

Very confusing email sent to me about adding this card to my balance. It looked like a strange email so I was afraid to open it. I had to go through customer service to get another email sent to me to load this straight talk card onto my phone. This was the first time I received a straight talk card through grocery delivery I thought I was just going to get a loaded physical card.

This was so much easier than going to the store and realizing they didn't have the card you needed in stock! The digital card is emailed to you pretty much immediately, and it was cheaper than buying one at the store! I will definitely be refilling my StraightTalk phones this way from now on...

I love my straight talk phone and the cards, but what I didn't like is that I had to get my $90 card off the websight. I rather have the physical card that I purchase at Walmart. Apparently they r not going to be selling them there anymore. The Hanson KY and Hopkinsville Ky do not have them.

Please make sure before you buy any Straight Talk phones and phone cards that the service is available in your area! You can always check on their website. With that being said, I've been with Straight Talk for over a decade. They haven't disappointed me yet and I've moved multiple times and the service hasn't changed. I love that they came out with these bundles for families with multiple phones. Saves us WAY more than having to individually buy a card each. And I love the convenience of buying online or in store.

I have bought ST phones for my grands and now great grands. Never had an issue until now. One of the phones had been inoperative forboverca year. ST would not recognize as a ST phone so I had to buy a sim card and still having issues. I purchased two more ST only phones, which was ok to put two of these 3 phone services. Their phones and service are great. Bought because their prices were best for me on my budget but now finding this one phone is costing me more. 😞

The process of switching is very challenging due to regularity demands. Porting phone numbers is tricky and requires a PIN from your previous carrier. I live in the mountain time zone. Customer service is eastern time zone. At precisely 11:45 pm eastern time, my call to tech support was abruptly cut off. No warning, no statement from the tech, just cut off. I'm marooned with one of three phones/lines not yet transferred. That was horrific.

I purchased this item as an easier way to top up my plan. The digital card they sent did not work no matter how many times and different devices i used. I contacted customer support 3 TIMES! The first time they were sending my issue up to IT and to wait 2-3 hours and my issue would be resolved. I waited over 3 hours and it still wasn't working so I contacted them again. Was told it was on Straight Talks end. It wasn't, but I contacted them anyways. They did not have access to the link that was sent with the digital card so they couldn't help me. So I contacted Walmart yet again and was told to contact the gift card part of the chat when it wasn't even a gift card! I spent over 5 HOURS trying to get this issue resolved and now I'm out the $95!! I will no longer be shopping to anything virtual on Walmart.

This was the wrong way for me to get a phone card. I ordered this online went to set it up and then I was informed that one of my lines that I needed it for wasn't compatible with the phone card. I purchased one at store the month before and the month after and they both worked just fine.
