The product is exactly like it was described. However, It arrived at Christmas time just like it would have been on the shelf. My husband saw it as there was no wrapping of shipping paper to cover up what it was. That didn't help as money is tight so there was no longer any surprise thanks Walmart.

This Jack is the best. It lifts very high and relatively quick only needed a few pumps. The lift down feature is great not dropping your car very quickly and is adjustable. if you need a good jack on a budget this is the go to!

I was working under my Audi Q5. compact suv for an extended period of time. I didnt feel comfortable with the factory jack. Although it was rated below my vehicles GVW by a small amount, I purchased it due to lack of inventory. It was just a couple hundred lbs difference and I would be utilizing Jack Stands. ( I just realized that I should have been looking at my vehicles curb weight. Not GVW.) So the jack was in line with my vehicles curb weight. (Curb weight is the weight of the vehicle including a full tank of fuel and all standard equipment. It does not include the weight of any passengers, cargo, or optional equipment. Curb weight is considered the closest weight to the actual weight of the vehicle.) The jack raised my vehicle eaisly and didnt lose any height. I have been using this jack daily for a week straight now. If i could change one thing about it? The portion that comes into contact with the vehicle could be adjustable in height like many bottle jacks. The low profile takes away considerably from the jack height. Hence "low profile" No Duhh. My vehicle isnt that high. So i had to build a platform to achieve a height to be able to work under car on my back (comfortably) if thats possible. The jack wheels creep slightly forward as you raise vehicle so be cautious if using a platform for more height. I added a piece of wood to make sure it didnt advance forward over end of platform. Of course always use jack stands and chock wheels. No matter what. Overall i am satisfied with the price and performance. I added 2 jack stands for an additional $25. Under a $100 bucks out the door for Jack and 2 stands and piece of mind priceless.
