great little girl for a small family. it did take quite some time to put together due to unclear directions. however once assembled, it made a delicious grilled meal for us without any issues.

I haven't used it yet. But delivery was on time and it looks great 👍

Product was not as high a quality as I had expected. The assembly instructions were difficult to understand and the time it took to assemble was very lengthy.

It was smaller than what I envisioned for the price, but it is decent size enough to cook on. The materials are very light and cheap so I am not sure how long it will last. But my main thing was that the instructions were not the best and there were several missing nuts for the screws so I had to piece some things together the best I could.

I thought putting this grill together was going to be a simple task, but it turned out to be a rocket science project. Some of the hardware and/or parts I received for the grill did not fit or were broken. The screws for items 6 and 9 (back hinges) did not fit, and item 5 (thermometer) was broken. Also, one of the silver plates to hold in the carbon tray was missing a hole. Additionally, we were not provide the proper manual for this grill. My husband has superb skills and manage to put the grill together. However, I need a thermometer and four screws for the rear hinges. I contacted the Joybuy Marketplace via telephone and email on 16 Sep 23, and as of today 20 Sep 23 no one has contacted me even though I should have received a response within 48 hours. Walmart and Joybuy Marketplace did not have a problem taking my money when I pressed the “”submit” button to place my order online and saw that the money was immediately removed from my account, but evidently, these organizations have a problem providing the appropriate care and customer service when one of their products is not up to standard. Quality care and service is the very reason I continue to conduct online business with Amazon. Someone from Walmart or Joybuy Marketplace may need to call Jeff to see what he's doing right. My next visit will be to my local Walmart, and somebody is going to fix this issue!

Very poor quality, missing parts, bent in box. No visible damage to the box.

There are horrible directions, if you call them that. Only pictures. Soooo many parts, and flimsy installation. I gave it 3 hours of my time and ended just mad and frustrated. Wanted to return for a refund but past 90 days! I didn't open it sooner because we have had nothing but rain for months. I am disappointed I cant get a credit. $180 down the drain. Last time I make this mistake, should have gone to Lowe's or Home Depot. UGHHH

Avoid, avoid, avoid. instructions were horrible. Nothing was labeled, and it was nothing but horribly drawn pictures. Parts came bent and also missing.
