Sunbeam® Heating Pad 12" x 24" King Size, Green

Sometimes my knees ache at night but I found that about an hour before I go to bed, I sit on the couch and place this heating pad over my knees with perhaps a blanket on top. Later when I head to bed, my knees don't hurt at all and I fall asleep right away! So yes, this has been a game changer in my night routine and sleep quality and quantity!

I have only had this heating pad for a week, so I can't speak on longevity. But so far, I really like this product and feel that it gets to a good hot temperature for really doing some heat therapy on my sore body. I've been pregnant five times now and this pregnancy has done a number on my hips and back. So this comes in handy everyday since buying it! My complaint is that your not supposed to lay on it. Maybe all heating pads are this way for safety.. but it would be nice to get it very close to the back by laying on it. My other complaint is that the outside cover is just not nice at all. It's so thin and a rough textured fabric. But it's cheaper than a lot of other options, so it'll be fine for me. You can also use water on the heating pad which I haven't done yet but I love that that's an option. Heat output is great in my opinion.

Due to a dozen surgeries, I use the stuffing out of heating pads. Most pads will overheat and eventually break down. They are the ones with a nice soft cover over them. This heating pad is old school. The cover sucks but it's not the type to overheat shutting off the heating pad. However, the cover could be a better quality.

The only issue I have is that the pad gets very “crinkled” and once that starts it won't lay flat anymore. The cover is then and shifts constantly. Considering the price it does wha it is supposed to do. I had a small coupon that's why I bought it. It works for now.

I bought this to replace one I bought in 2023,that the swtch had gone bad. It seams like every time I buy one it lasts a shorter time. This one also has less features, like fewer heat settings (three instead of 4) and it is no longer moist heat. I buy this brand because it is the only one that gets hot enough. It is large and covers the areas I need.

I purchased this heating pad as a quick replacement when my xl pad stopped working. Although this pad has the stay on feature that I prefer, the heat is not consistent. The heat seems to intensify over time rather than staying at one temperature and on several occasions I have woke up to find marks on my skin. The plastic is also harder than I prefer. I will continue to look for a replacement and I would not buy this brand again.

I purchased this when I was having back pain. It did the job as far as heating, but I would not recommend it. It made of a very thin plastic which causes it to fold up on itself and then become tangled in the cover. I will untangle it and put back on the cover and within minutes it's problematic again. When it's folded in it's a fire hazard. Save yourself some money and buy a better one.

not comfortable at all!! bunched up and would not even out. ended up throwing away.. not worth the money. and the box had been taped like it was a return so someone else must have thought the same thing. i use a heating pad on a daily basis due to medical condition and i was very disappointed and not satisfied at all in this heating pad!

I received this heating pad on January 26, 2024. The heating pad stopped working on February 6th, 2024. I can print Walmart's purchase receipt, but I did NOT keep the box to return to Sunbeam for a replacement. Other brands I have purchased through Amazon were more expensive, but they did not heat well. Does any company make good heating pads anymore?

The heat works fine. Unfortunately the heating pad is made of cheep plastic that bunch up. I was not able to ever get the pad flat like it came out of the box. The large equate brand has a soft blue pad, works much better with the best electric cord. Highly recommend this brand over Sunbeam.
