I love that there are two so that when I'm using one, the other is still in the freezer and I just trade. The size is generous and the moldable when frozen.
I'm currently using these packs to review lower back pain. It is effective. The directions on the box and on the pouches containing the gel packs are concise and easy to follow. My grandson used this product as a cold pack when he banged his elbow. He reported that it worked to numb the pain in the first hour. I recommend.
I have fibromyalgia and arthritis this comes in very useful and im very happy with the quality for the price.
We bought these to replace aome old ones that were shedding their outer layer. I really like that these don't have the weird fabric outer layer that does that and that they stay colder a bit longer than our old ones.
This MedPride hot and cold pack set is fantastic for post-surgery recovery. The gel packs freeze quickly, stay completely flexible, and mold perfectly to sore joints to bring down swelling fast. They are incredibly durable, leak-proof, and can be popped in the microwave for soothing heat therapy later on. When I picked up my walker for after total knee replacement surgery, the young man immediately tried to get me to purchase their cold packs for $70 each. ( now granted, theirs are the Corflex which is medical grade with an adjustable strap) BUT, for the price difference, I can use an ace bandage to keep these in place.
I'm pleased with this purchase.
They stay flexible after freezing and are a good size. I haven't tried them hot yet but make good ice packs.
Perfect size for wrist or other small areas. I used mine on my tummy after surgery. Stays cold for a pretty long time and are very pliable. Use with an elastic bandage for spot on treatment. Could be a little thicker.
Did not stay cold long enough
I would give it a better review if i had actually received the product
