great vitamin that we need...its b9....it repairs our DNA and helps produce red blood cells and supports health cell growth....Never get any product with folic acid in it....its some type of mold...its used instead of folate in lots of vitamins...always use Folate

This formula also combines vitamin B6 and B12 which is also important for prenatal. I like that the pill is small, very easy swallow and it doesnt upset my stomach afterwards. I'm glad to have found this! High recommend and will continue to use for postpartum.
