I have a small space for working out, so this barbell is exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I am not crazy about is that it takes a little longer to change plates because of the threaded screw. Very happy with how solid it is, plus it was definitely worth it for $25!
Love this weight bar! I bought a cheaper one during the first part of Covid because it was the only one I could find (the kind you screw the two pieces together.....big mistake...so make sure you buy one that is a solid piece!) Threw it out immediately after getting this one! This only fits 1 inch weight plates (not the 2 inch) This is solid chrome and works well.
The barbell is as advertised... works perfectly. I use it for dead-lifts and bent-over rows. On another note---- never have I had any Walmart deliverer ring my doorbell or knock when leaving a package on my front porch. I find that quite annoying. Nobody else does this... only Walmart. Nothing like having great products.. timely delivery and dropping the ball at the end.. before finishing the job.

I was looking for a short barbell to use in my boot camps. I found this one on the Walmart site for $14!!! Not sure if it was on sale or what, but I ordered it. I received it two days early and picked up through the Site to Store. It was packaged well, and arrived with the two spinlock collars which were a plus. The weight is pretty accurate, and the collars hold the weights in place nicely. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a lightweight, sturdy barbell to go with their fitness equipment. Wish I had ordered another before the price increase....
I bought a few weeks ago and it is great. Very solid One thing I was disappointed for is the shipping was very slow took a I ordered this on NOvember 30-17 and only received it in JAnuary 18
Good solid bar, nice chrome finish and the knobs spin on soooo easily.the knobs have a rubber gasket to lock them on quietly but there should be another on the bar too.
The Knurling is ridiculously short. Absolutely barley enough length for curls or deadlifts at just shoulder width. Why do this? I don't get it. Why not come in another 2-3 inches??? This does me almost no good.
