The left side of my nose is collapse when I'm trying to sleep and my doctor told me about these nose plugs so I won't have to have surgery. I put them in at night before I go to sleep and I'm able to breathe all night long for my nose instead of keeping my mouth open and snoring. And sometimes when my nose is stuffy I'll leave where around the house during the day
These are very helpful in helping me breathe trhough my nostrils at night! I am a nose breather! I do not use the harder, open weave inserts. I find them too hard, but I use the softer inserts by themselves and they work great.
For those who have a deviated septum, nasal dilators will keep open one's nose and allow breathing through the nose to take place while sleeping. These are the best ones I have found.
I have allergies and sometimes have a hard time breathing at night..These Help keep my nasal passages Clear!
If you have a deviated septum, these will help to move the air through your nostrils at night and promote better sleep.
Purchased more than once for my husband and even though there are multiple sizes the smallest is the largest he can use and it does fall out during the night. He does turn over occasionally during the night but doesn't sleep walk or anything similar. When the dilator is in his nose it does seem to help him breathe. He has had surgery for a deviated septum.
The solid ones were comfortable. The one with the "holes" were much more rigid and rather irritating. But my nose is broken right now so that may be the reason for the irritation. I really could have used a size between the small and medium.
so far it does little to help. Perhaps my issue requires more drastic measures.
Sort of a rip off because of the 10 pieces sent only one or two are large enough to provide any benefit for an adult. The others could only only be used by a small child. Why doesn't the manufacturer let you order one size for all the pieces?
Very strong plastic odor (Hopefully not toxic)! Very uncomfortable to wear, I would not use in conjunction with a CPAP as they easily move!
