I love adding 2-4 dropper fulls to my morning smoothie. Keeping it simple with banana, almond milk, and chocolate protein powder. . . This liquid Magnesium is sooo much better than the capsules!! My muscle cramps are almost nonexistent. It's a huge improvement over what I was dealing with. Also helps me go to the bathroom easily. And it seems like my sleep has improved. I won't go without it! But it- you'll be glad you did!

I make a mocktail with this every night.. a few droppers full plus some tart cherry juice (has a melatonin effect) with a splash of something bubbly and it's the perfect wind down/get sleepy drink. Highly recommend!

I have been buying this magnesium for years now. It's amazing! My magnesium levels were usually very low causing me terrible migraines. I incorporated this product in my diet and my migraines are gone, it also helps with my period cramps and many other things for my health. I put it in my orange juice and cannot taste it. It helps me sleep wonderfully and helps with muscle spasms, but it tastes rough… really rough. I don't want to drink anything but water in the evening so I can't mask the taste. That's the only bad thing.
