I love adding 2-4 dropper fulls to my morning smoothie. Keeping it simple with banana, almond milk, and chocolate protein powder. . . This liquid Magnesium is sooo much better than the capsules!! My muscle cramps are almost nonexistent. It's a huge improvement over what I was dealing with. Also helps me go to the bathroom easily. And it seems like my sleep has improved. I won't go without it! But it- you'll be glad you did!

When taken without anything, the taste is pretty horrible, but I think that's to be expected with magnesium.

It helps me sleep wonderfully and helps with muscle spasms, but it tastes rough… really rough. I don't want to drink anything but water in the evening so I can't mask the taste.
