This stuff works so well. I was shocked at how smooth everything moved, if you know what I mean. I think my tummy got smaller, I’m super regular, and it’s nice knowing that I’m getting closer to hitting my fiber goals.

I have lost about 20 pounds since I started using Supergut. I don’t really want to lose a lot more than that but it helps cut cravings and digestion so I don’t gain any back.

Great product for digestive health but I changed products due to the difficulty of accessing the powder in the narrow canister with a short scoop. Such a shame as I really liked the foundational fiber and the help I got from using it. I now use a different product with a similar composition.

The taste is ok, but the cravings seem to be worse when I drink it However it doesn't hurt or upset my stomach. It does have a chalky taste. You have to definitely keep stirring it.

This is an expensive and see little benefits compared to grocery store OTS fiber. It takes a really long time to take in effect which can mean it’s gentle and prebiotics are reforming the gut but for the cost, I don’t see the value. I do like how it absorbs in liquid. Zero taste, little smell and little texture.
