Ive been struggling with IBS for a year now and having stomach pain every morning. I took my first dose of Bromelain and realized that I was able to spend the whole Saturday out with my husband without having to look for a restroom or make sure one was near by. Definitely recommend!

These are ok but not nearly as good as the GNC brand Bromelain I've used for years. Unfortunately, my stomach has been upset since using them. When I use the GNC brand those really work %26 help digestion without stomach upset. They are not stabilized, so refrigerate them.

I have some imbalances in gut health that has affected my thyroid function. Bromelain was one of several supplements suggested as a protocol for correcting these issues. i just started using this (about a week now). Time will tell if it helps.
