Anxiety on the Freeway
I really like that I can carry these in my purse for easy use. We had to take a busy freeway recently, and I took one. Hubby said it helped as I didn't instruct him as much as some times. :) They taste fine. It's nice to have something simple for anxiety. Very few extra ingredients. Thanks!

These 100mg sublingual tablets dissolve quickly and don't taste bad. One tablet is just enough to go to sleep quickly and sleep through most of the night. They're also handy after a long (multi-hour) drive to remove that stressed out feeling from traffic and noise.

Too sweet but works.
I place one tablet under my tongue an hour before bed. It seems to calm my mind, but I could do without the overpowering sweet taste. I'd prefer no flavor, and no sweetener of any kind.

GABA added to my cabinet
I have social anxiety and get the winter blues very easily. I'm always looking for natural remedies or supplements to add to my routine. I came across GABA and decided to try this one. Some things work quickly and some need to build up in your system but GABA has a quick calming effect. I only take this as needed and can definitely feel my body relaxing afterwards. It's certainly not a fix-all for anxiety and it's not something I would take daily but great to have on hand. I would definitely recommend this to someone struggling, you never know when you'll find the best solution for yourself, we all are so different!! My biggest recommendation is to research the benefits of GABA. I like that this brand doesn't have a ton of ingredients and dissolves under the tongue AND is an affordable price.

Must Try
I think sometimes this works for me, but I don't take it everyday for sleep. It dissolves easily and doesn't taste bad. When this does work for me I sleep very well!
