My Oster blender was over ten years old. I was surprised that parts could be found. My old jar base was cracked and leaking, and its gasket was hard. I was delighted to get two complete assemblies, including blades, for this price. The new blades are sharp and do a much better job than my old blades. The base fit is perfect. Now, I can use one set of blades for smoothies and reserve the other for ice, chopping, and grinding. Shipping was fast.

Both blades stripped and the jar just bounced after only a few uses. The last one was with whipping cream and banana. I gave a two star rating because shipping was good and then the return was made very easily. The rating takes into consideration the service, not just the actual items, which I would give zero stars.

These were both made far too cheaply, the second time used they began leaking fluid though the seal on the blades ... its clear that this will not work, unless you don't care that the blender is leaking on the counter when sitting with stuff in it.

I hadn't had a chance to use it until today and it came back but it's too big for my blender. It was Luz so I will be returning this item. I think it is a good item. It's not bad. The price was good but it's just very loose.
