Swanson 100% Pure L-Methionine 500 mg 30 Capsules

My doctor mentioned that I should probably boost my amino acids, I read a few articles on the subject, and came to the conclusion that I needed this product. I purchased it and have been taking it to help the issues I am facing ( food nutrient absorption and heart health). Because of digestive issues, the nutrients from food are not processed normally in my body, but since I've been taking this essential amino acid, I'm noticing a positive difference after eating. Since it is a capsule, I don't notice a taste, but I do notice that I am feeling better, and the only change I have made in recent time is taking this supplement. I think this supplement has made a big difference for me in the digestion of my food, and I plan to continue taking it. I highly recommend Swanson 100% Pure L-Methionine 500 mg capsules. I bought because of the price and the manufacturer - it's a good name. Only tried it for 5 days, but so far, so good! I will continue to buy this brand from Walmart!

Swanson should mention that Methionine is required for the body to make protein/ collagen/connective tissue. A note: Read a review and they indicated they were taking 5 or 6 a day. Well, label says "Do not exceed recommended dose". I say talk with your doctor before megadosing.

L-Methionine is a great and wonderful nutrient. I would gladly give it as many leaves as possible, six or seven or eight, etc.. I use it as a Lipotropic Factor along with Choline and Inositol for my liver, heart, cardiovascular system, brain, --- you know, all those little things.Being a high sulfur nutrient, L-Methionine is also wonderful for hair, skin, nails, wellness, and more little things. All those little things add up, which is why I'm so disappointed that Swanson only offers this superior nutrient in small 30 capsule size bottles. What is up with that???? I just ordered 6 more bottles. I take 4, sometimes 6 capsules daily.Ecologically thinking, it would make lots more sense for Swanson to also sell their L-Methionine 500 mg. product in good size bottles, say 90 or 100 for average use, and 180 or 250 capsules for us serious users. It would save money for us customers, and also save on Swanson's packaging costs including bottles, labels, time, labor, etc.. Thirty capsules? That just doesn't make sense to me.What does make sense is taking L-Methionine 500 mg. capsules. . . . at least several every day. METHIONINE IS MARVELOUS. --- Under appreciated, under utilized, yet Uber Marvelous!!!
