My wife and I needed to add fiber to our diet. This product has been the perfect source of that. They are easy to take and they work so well for the both of us. We highly appreciate this product.

Works, but you still have to eat a healthy diet and exercise to get results.

Did not help my body. Did not matter how many nor how much water I drank. My body did not respond to this product. Went back to eating more vegetables !
