Love this!!
I absolutely love this product. Works well, keeps me regular. I only take 2 pills once a day even though on the bottle says 2 pills 2 - 3 times per day. Swanson's NEVER STOP SELLING THIS! 😆 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very Impressed!
As an RN I am very impressed with this product.I would STRONGLY consider this product for general GI health and CHOLESTEROL SUPPORT.The posting rules on this website do not allow medical claims. That said ----I will be including this product in my daily regimen from this point forward.

Good for regularity
If you don't get enough fiber in your diet these help quite a lot. The capsules are on the large size but I have no trouble swallowing them. It keeps me regular.

Did not help my body. Did not matter how many nor how much water I drank. My body did not respond to this product. Went back to eating more vegetables !
