I SUGGEST Swason "Full Spectrum" Black Cohosh 540 mg. I am 57 from Alabama y'all (so I'm not being paid to write this lol). I had not heard of these before and didn't start taking them until After my breast cancer March 2020 (No more estrogen) After researching, I asked my Dr about these and she approved them!) Before, I was having HOT flashes day and night (chest, neck, face and head) even with estrogen shots. And at night my feet was freezing and my upper body was HOT...Cold...HOT (Ugh!!) 5 days after taken "Full Spectrum" Black Cohosh 540 mg, I felt an instant decrease in the HOT feeling in my chest, neck, face and head!!!! and sleeping better. I started out taking 1 in the morning and now 1 before bed time too. **I have tried other over the counter and internet supplements and (for me) they do not work as good as these.** I still have one or two sneak through here and there, but I'm ok with that lol!

Helps so much with the dreaded hot flashes.

Black Cohosh is very beneficial in stopping the hot flashes for me. I live in TX and with the TX heat and the hot flashes I spent a lot of time in front of the fan. Now I can actually do house work and not work up a sweat. I also drink soy milk which is a help. Love this product. Love the price. Thanks Swanson.

I had taken black cohosh during perimenopause for hot flashes and it did a great job. I know longer needed it after an ablation, but now I am in menopause I am having hot flashes again. My Dr. recommended estroven. I tried it,but after 2 months the hot flashes were still pretty bad though better. I tried the black cohosh and the flashes are so much better. only a couple a day.

If you have hot flashes, this is the product for you! I have been taking Black Cohosh now for about 3 months and have only had 1 hot flash and it was really mild. Before taking this supplement they were getting very bad. So with just one in 3 months, mild at that, I would have hated to see how bad that one was without the supplement.

go to a store pay more, go here to Swansons, pay less get just as much for the money and more, tried both ways, just as effective. And i trust Swanson Products. Have for years. I have used this product for numerous years and it really helps with hot flashes and night sweats. I have recommended Swanson's products to several of my friends who are experiencing the same problems along with other items I order on a regular basis.

I use black Cohosh in conjunction w/ the herb Chasteberry, By it's self, black cohosh didn't seem to do much for the very bad hot flashes I was having, but taken w/ the chasteberry (also known as Vitex), I find both herbs very helpful. Didn't stop the hot flashes altogether, but they were greatly reduced.

This product really stopped my hot flashes in its tracks. It took about 2 weeks for it to take effect, but it was amazing how effective it was. However, I started to gain weight after taking it. After researching black cohosh's side effects, I read that weight gain was a possibility. On the flip side, menopausal women are prone to weight gain bc of hormonal issues, so it's possible the black cohosh was not the true culprit.
