Swanson Caffeine and Egcg Thermogenic Complex 120 Capsules

it could be all in my head, BUT... I've already lost almost 5lbs since I started taking these(2 weeks, now). Super satisfied.

I take this combo for the synergistic effects reported in many studies. Have been taking separate pills for EGCG and caffeine, or EGCG with expresso for the last couple years.This is a good value-for-money combo, and is easier to pocket around, especially when traveling - have been to a few places where I can't even get a decent boil in hotel rooms to dissolve my packet coffees, to swig down with my EGCG supplement.

I like this product very much and I will sure buy it again ! I was in holiday for a week and I ate everything and I wanted ( especially cookies ) and I didn't gain not even a pound ! In the morning , I don't need to have a coffee , because it keeps me very alert , and focused.

I really like this product. The caffeine is about as much as you'd get in a half cup of coffee. Just a nice little boost that you can really feel but it doesn't make you jittery. The green tea is good for alertness and health too. :)

I hv tried this for months ....at first, i use if for weight loss purpose but in fact it cnt reali help in losing weightI realised that EGCG is very helpful in maintaining health...so i use it for general health purposebtw, the price is attractive and affordable^^

I deliberately avoid coffee when taking this and in terms of alertness, it works like a charm. However, besides less hunger, I also am getting constipated. I drink tons of water and have foor intake with high fiber at the meantime....very strange

This is an amazing product with only one flaw. It does not contain enough caffeine. It only has about 75mg of caffeine and that is less than half of what is in a cup of coffee. I wish they had it in 100mg then it would be an even number and easier to configure dosing. It seems to work the best at 200mg a serving and I can't get that without going over and I do not want to do that. Other than the caffeine issue it is a good product. It has a great combination to be a great Thermogenic Complex.

Can't really even tell that I'm taking it. I mean, it's good it doesn't give me the jitters but I've seen no weight loss even though I maintain my diet and exercise regime

Has zero effect- very disappointing.
