ive been struggling with weight issues since my son was born. and with these im slowly losing weight. i have bad stomach issues and these have helped A TON!! honestly i take more than the bottle says. i take 4 a day since the side effects are so minimal. i noticed im not as hungry all the time which is nice as well. definitely going to keep taking these

for some reason if you take the high dosage with this me and a friend ended up with a headache from it. as long as I stayed within the low dosage I was fine, she could take one and have a migraine from it. but everything else was awesome.

It's really hard to notice if these are working sometimes. I feel like my stomach takes a long time to digest food. I've tried many different probiotics and it seems the affects are working but minimal. After I came out of a surgery, my microbiome was completely destroyed! These probiotics appear to help but it's a slow recovery!

I am having no problems with this product so far. I will check back after 30 days with another review.

I like these probiotics, they do help with the hungriest, I take one in the morning and one in the evening, they're good

I have been using this probiotic for a few years and if works as described. Please switch to UPS for your deliveries, especially in winter I have been waiting for Fed Ex to deliver packages from Walmart since Jan 3. These aren sitting on FED EX Dock since Jan 6. it's now only you. Waiting for another delivery from another vendor also. Six days its has been out for delivery.

I really like this product. I have been taking it a few weeks now and it does curb my appetite and boost my energy.

The expiration date is 7/2026. It is 5/9/26 for a 60-day supply I am not ready to take yet. I feel cheated out of $20 something bucks.
