I needed extra calcium besides my reg pill after joint surgery split am %26 pm so this was the only one I could find without vit D included. Works great per my orthopedic surgeon.

Calcium citrate 200mg
The small size is perfect for me. I aim for 1200mg calcium citrate a day, so the 200mg fills in the gaps to the Calicum I already have. Sometimes the contents fall out of the capsule, but very rarely. The taste is neutral and fine for me.

Excellent source of Calcium!
Excellent source of Calcium. 100% pure Calcium Citrate and no fillers (carbonate, lactate, gluconate). The capsule size is small and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Highly recommended!

Good price for a basic Calcium supplement
I actually take this to bind to oxalates in my meals, but my doctor says it's the preferred form for bone health.

Good calcium supplement
I tried a different form of calcium and it upset my stomach so I quit.Decided to order Swanson's Calcium Citrate to find out if I could take it without problems. It worked. No bad effects at all.Since calcium's work is subtle, it is hard to say specifically how I am benefitting overall. Will continue to take since I know the rest of my diet does not contain that much calcium.
