Really glad to find a q10 made without soy bean oil. It has been a struggle since developing a stearate sensitivity which keeps me from taking the dry capsules. Thank you swanson. One complaint is that it is difficult to differentiate between your soy based q10
Seems to be a good supplement
i'm feeling great thanks
Great combination.
I had been taking drugstore 100 mg. CoQ10 supplements for several years, but when I tried these, with the tocotrienols from Swanson, I found there was a vast difference. The last time I tried to order, these were out of stock, so there must be a lot of people who have found how helpful they are.
I can't say that it is very effective because I have had no tests to show that. But my doctor recommends Co Q10. I can say that the comparative value, convenience and quality are top tier. I rarely think of checking anyplace but Swanson's for a product because they'll have it and it will be at the best quality and price.
From the reading I've done, it seems that it's beneficial to take Tocotrienols with CoQ10. I've been doing that for years and think it might be helping my cognitive abilities.\n\nWhen I last ordered this Swanson brand of CoQ10 w/ Tocotrienols, I didn't realize that I was ordering the 100 mg size, instead of my usual 200 mg size. After initially being disappointed in the lower dosage, I've come to like the fact that I'm able to split up my ingestion of the CoQ10 and Tocotrienols throughout the day much better with this lower dosage.\n\nSo now I'll be looking to continue buying this product in the 100 mg dosage.
I appreciate that there is a product that works from the inside - rather than applying a topical lotion. I believe this works better. No side affects. I have been taking this product for several years - and often get comments that I dont look my age - I agree - I owe it to this CoQ10 supplement with the absorption benefit of Tocotrienols. I cannot find a better price in stores - but I wouldnt trust those products, as this one is proven to work for me.I am grateful for this and several other proven Swanson products that we use in my family.
