Swanson Extra Strength D3 & K2 - 5,000 Iu & 100 mcg 60 Vegan Caps

I didn't know how they make non vegan vitamin d. They boil sheep's wool, and well it's a pretty disgusting process. So thankful there's a vegan version! I take one every other day and my levels are perfect!

I really appreciate that this supplement is clearly labeled as vegan and offers a strong combination of D3 and K2. If the sourcing is genuinely 100% plant-based and the formulation is evidence-based without interfering with any of my medical prescriptions, then I feel confident using it to support my health. Wonderful idea to combine two important supplements that have made a huge difference in my overall health but especially in my bone strength. Even my husband doesn't mind taking them this way.

I like having the d3 and k2 in one pill, but I do wish they made one with more mg. They work well, though.

I have been using Swanson vitamins and minerals for over 35 years. The amount I buy might be crazy, but I have a method. I take the Swanson extra strength, vitamin D3 and K2 twice a week. I'm not going to explain the reasons but it is a very good product and I highly recommend it for adult over the age of 50..

I'm not able to judge its potency but it is an easy pill to take. The capsule does not seem to stick to my esophagus like most other capsules do. Its convenient to get both my K and more D in one dose reducing the total number of pills taken at one time.

I read that you're better off taking d-3 and k-2 as one unit lessens the effectiveness of k-2. So I'm taking them separately

Price has over doubled in the last month. Last order paid $3.80 (sale 40% off) a bottle. Now it is $15.20 a bottle. The bottle is compact and full when received which is great. Takes up 1/2 the space of a standard bottle and is great for travel. Capsules are on the smaller side too.
