The activated b doesn't hurt my stomach like some of the other b vitamins. B vitamins never taste good. None of them.

My husband and I have been using this B Complex for a number of years. We're elderly and need all of the energy we can get. The activated, methylated form of the B12, Folate and other vitamins is a game changer for absorption. I never knew about the difference between methylated B vitamins. I tried taking the cheaper inactivated version and stopped taking this one for awhile. I came right back because I noticed a huge difference.

Hope it is doing what it is supposed to do. This is the first of many B complex vitamins that doesn't make my urine bright yellow. B vitamins are important for so many functions in our bodies.
