Switched from Elderberry to Gooseberry (Amla) as part of health regime. So far, so good. Product was delivered fast. Not sure ifn price is good as this is first purchase of Amla.

Since starting Indian gooseberry I've seen a significant reduction in hair shedding. It's also full of antioxidants, bonus!

According to Indian medicine Alma is healthful in many issues.

I bought this for its many health benefits but was surprised by the energy it has given me.\nNot sure what the person below is referring to. I showed this to an Indian friend of mine and he was impressed with the quality and potency. Just wish it didn't use magnesium stearate :(

I've been taking this regularly, but can't seem to tell if it works or not. I don't necessarily feel a sense of "well-being" any more than I did prior to adding it to my routine. I decided to try it to keep my Pitta balanced. Not sure if I will re-purchase.

I read all the glowing reports about Amla Fruit, and I'm all for doing the best for my well being and longevity, so I gave it a try. While it may have been doing good things behind the scenes, so to speak. I noticed absolutely nothing while using up the entire bottle taking 2 capsules daily. Could be because I have all those bases covered with other natural nutrients. Also could be that someone who doesn't utilize all the wellness and longevity foods and supplements that I do would benefit from Amla. I'm sure it has merit. I just had no reason to get more and continue taking it. We can't use / take everything. I stick with the products and foods that I know make a positive difference in my life. Amla Fruit capsules are not expensive; you might give Amla a try to see if you see anything positive happening for you.

I saw online that this natural pills are good to get back our hair... It means no white hair anymore!!!like a miracle ... In fact, it was a mirage !! In addition with the oil of the same nature, I had greasy hair (therefore, we did not see my white hair ... until the next shower !!)
