I take this for my eyes. I started taking when I received an diagnosis of Glaucoma at an early age, not age related glaucoma. I trust Swanson products from earlier purchases. This is a much easier way to get in those important dark fruits in your diet. They easy to swallow.

I take this in combination with other similar supplements. It works in tandem with other strong antioxidants, in particular from the anthocyanin category. Very pleased. Overall mobility has slowly, but surely improved.

I like the easiness of taking it. It was suggested I take it for a skin issue, Statis Dermatitus. But I have not been taking it long enough to notice any changes.
