Swanson Probiotic-4 3 Billion Cfu 60 Veggie DrCapsules

This seems to be a good probiotic. I don't really know how well they are doing inside me, but my stomach and abdomen have no problems, and that is very important.

Sometimes we think if something is cheap, it's not going to be good quality, but I used this for awhile and then switched to some more expensive brands with more complicated strains of probiotics and I didn't notice anything. I switched back to this one and noticed immediately that it kept me regular and just having good stomach flora. They are often on BOGO, so i stock up.

I was skeptical since this product does not need refrigerated, but it has exceeded my expectations. There is a noticeable improvement in my digestion. As mentioned in another review, I also noticed that I do not crave sugar as much. I will continue taking this product because of the low price and effectiveness at room temperature.

I previously used Dr. Langer's 16 Strain Probiotic and while I thought it worked well it was pretty pricey. Came across Swanson's probiotic 4 on sale and figured I'd give it a try. We have been using this one for several months now and I have to say I'm quite pleased in quality and price.

We take these after reading about the importance of probiotics~good health begins in the gut! It's a good habit but have to remember to take each capsule at proper time so not as convenient as other supplements. Nevertheless we do our best to help our body.

This is the best product on the market.Since i have doubled up on my daily dose ,I was very happy when the 2 for 1 sale became available.This product is the best value for the money.I would recommend this product to anyone interested in supplementing with probiotics.

It's done the trick for my need and I am very thankful for that. I did call the phone number of Swanson to ask a couple questions before I ordered this for the first time - just to make sure this is what I wanted and I was comfortable with the answers I got from the very informative phone rep. So I ordered me some & have been satisfied ever since. Thank you!

I bought these for my husband so he can take just one probiotic pill a day. he no longer takes them and reported no difference when he took them and when he didn't. however, these are probably the best value you will get if you want to get a probiotic that you only have to take one pill a day.

Overall i like this triple pack, price is great so was worth buying to see if it would help or not. However, i only felt the ProLacto Acidophilus and NutraFlora FOS is worth repurchasing but, not the probiotic-4, it took almost 2 days for it to show barely any sign of life in the milk test using 2 capsules and even than it only had a slight yogurt smell and no real thickening of milk showed. I make my own extra probiotic yogurt so i know how to perform a proper milk test beforehand. this pro-4 to me failed, perhaps it's over 6mths date of manufacturing had something to do with it and although description here says "Guaranteed activity until date indicated..."bottle itself actually says "At time of manufacturing" which i would not of bought had description stated that because most probiotics that state that arrive close to death, if not dead, especially when not newly manufactured.

Didn't help my digestive system at all!
