After watching YouTube videos about the benefits of black sesame seeds, I found these capsules that made fit easy to swallow and I did not get upset stomach, so I found it easy to take and digest and I hope I reap the benefits. AI says Black sesame seeds offer targeted benefits for women, including hormonal balance support, bone strength, and enhanced hair and skin health. They are rich in phytoestrogens, calcium, iron, and antioxidants, making them an excellent daily superfood to incorporate into your diet.

This product in rancid!
The sesame seed powder in the capsules have gone rancid, smells very bad. Please throw away this batch instead of selling it!

I resaved my order with issue date 2017, but not expiration date. I thing is not good.
