I keep many natural supplements on hand, and I was extremely enthused to find this product! This is a great supplement with tremendous health benefits whether you are looking to take it for it's beautifying properties for the hair or for improving issues with cough.

I bought Onion Bulb supplements for sleep and so far there isn't a noticeable difference but there is no Digestive issues or worsening of sleep issues. I will continue to use Onion Bulb supplements as Onion Bulb supplements are easier to utilize and I am also watching for benefits on blood pressure. The biggest benefits may take more time to occur. Since there has been no negative issues so far I will continue with Onion Bulb supplementation.

No concrete evidence, but it seems to help lower A1C, along with other life changes. The smell is really terrible, so after he opens the plastic bottle, my husband dumps the contents into a glass jar with metal lid for storage.

I'm on a strict diet which includes eating onions, fruits, greens, berries and mushrooms everyday. As I no longer drive, it's difficult to always have fresh vegetables and fruits. When I don't have these in my fridge, I use Swanson supplements to help me comply with my diet requirements!
