Sleep and Muscle Mass Improvements!
I'm taking only half the recommended dose, as my aim is to improve muscle mass slightly, to ease with osteoporosis, but from day one I noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my sleep. I love this product.

what is missing from my daily my Boost drink
I tried to take a lot of protein can I use hmb to potentiate the effect and then exhaustion and use of the protein been doing it for several years and I am now 87 going on 88 keeping my strength up
