I started taking Hawthorn to help my blood pressure. Too early to tell, but optimistic

So far so good,

I took once, sometimes twice a day, more as a preventative maintenance for chloresterol and heart health...but later read one need to take 600mg-900 to REALLY take effect

I don't know if it is good or not but wanted to see if blood pressure would improve

I have been a SWANSON fanatic for 20 years and NEVER have seen them stoop so low as to add toxic unneeded fillers. Maltodextrin is on a top 10 list for damage to arteries and blood sugar spikes among other health sabotage...STOP with the fillers of toxic unneeded items! WE TRUST YOU take this out and please dont start filling all of your products with hidden junk and things we work so hard to NOT consume!

Since Swanson sold out and changed hands more and more, I see them adding this CHEAP UNHEALTHY, FILLER, that is very high on the glucose and insulin index. Do you research folks! Stay away from anything that has maltodextrin in it. Shame on you, Swanson for taking your high-quality products and sneaking this garbage filler in more and more. I still buy many of your other products that don't have this mess in them… But I truly wish you would stop painting your products with this stuff that's proven to be bad for your health . Sacrificing health for profits. we can go to pharmaceutical company for that.
