So many people are under the impression that this is not an easily absorbable form based on an old study and "supplement gossip". They think you need some kind of amino acid bonded form for absorption. Maybe some people do. I don't know. But for me this works great. And it's the form most doctors prescribe. All I know is the price is right and my blood levels look good.
Works great! I wanted to stop taking mag citrate to avoid citric acid and chose this. Small caps, too
Started taking two per day and have noticed a significant decrease in muscle cramps in my feet. Great price and 3rd party verified.
When used 3-5 of these caps and 2 caps of detoxilean it helps me go
I trust your products, and I never have any reactions to them. I would recommend Swanson to people, and I actually have!
Great, help cramps!
I have no issues with this high quality product, and have been using it for a couple of years. In October I bought the 2-pack of 500 each, which would be for 500 days. The "best by" date, however, was only 10/2020, so it will not be possible to use them by that date. The last time I ordered the date was 16 months out, so it was not an issue.
I have been a Swansons customer for many years. I never have to worry about the quality of your product or your shipping and delivery. I have also saved a small fortune by purchasing my supplements from Swansons. Your prices are much less than the retail outlets in my area. I am 75 years old and I am still engaged with the world and enjoying life. I attribute at least a part of that to my consistent consumption of Swanson supplements.
The magnesium works fine for a more restful better night's sleep & in helping the bowels move, but the big bottle of 500 capsules came covered in a substantial amount of sticky chalk, I assume from capsules breaking open, but I'm unsure, as well as the capsules sticking together in 5 or 6 at a time as though they were somehow wet & when I try to separate them they break open, I had to add about 10 silica dry packs I had on hand to the bottle to prevent them from clumping together in bunches, it's very inconvenient & rather messy!
I have no idea how well this stuff works, the two or three caps I managed to get down tasted so horrible I'm throwing out the entire bottle of 500 minus the two or three I tried. It didn't matter how much food I ate with them, or how much water I drank to wash them down, they were absolutely horrid tasting and left that taste lingering. Yuck! I have been a long time customer of Swanson's and this is the first complaint of any kind I have had.
