These have been the best non-addictive sleep aids I have tried.

I have difficulty falling asleep a few times a week. I've tried so many things suggestions, relaxing at night, reading, warm baths, glass red wine. I do not have a tv in bedroom, and do not eat within a couple hours of bedtime. Nothing helped with restless nights. So far this melatonin has helped. I've been taking about three weeks, about 30 minutes before bed. I've also added a diffuser to my room with lavender scent. I have not had the sleepless night in over 10 nights. I wake in the morning not remembering laying there for long before falling asleep. I have not been waking during the night, and feel well rested & ready to get up in the morning. No lingering tiredness or fatigue. I recommend these pills. I hope my sleep becomes more routine, and I can reduce these pills to those nights when I feel more stressed or restless. So far, I am pleasantly happy with them.

Works amazing. Best restful sleep without feeling tired the next day. Also helps with my anxiety at night. Great value for price! No bad taste. It's a well known brand that I can trust. 10 mg of Melatonin and 200 mg of L-Theanine are a great combo. Easy to open container.

I usually don't have a lot of trouble sleeping, but when I am restless or thinking too much, this is the best sleep aid I have found. They say there are no drugs in it and everything is natural, I get a relaxing sleep, if I wake up to go to the bathroom during the night I go right back to sleep, and I wake up alert and feeling good in the morning.

I'm very pleased with this product. I've tried several OTC Melatonin products in the past w/o great results. I've taken a tablet Natures Bounty Sleep 3 nightly for a few years now. Over time I have learned how early to take the tablet in reference to when I plan to go to bed/sleep for the night. I have very few awakenings throughout the night when using this product. Prior to that I was waking up sometimes every hour or two %26 had difficulty falling back asleep. For a person whom has had “sleep studies,” %26 tried many OTC %26 Rx meds to help w/ sleep, I'm very glad I gave this product a try!

If you'd like to rest well at night, this is the one supplement for you. And it's pretty fast acting. Great Product. i was spending like $10 on 30 tabs in a box. But then I found this bottle online for $31 for 120 tabs. and Wal-Mart, well, at least the one in my town is always out of it!

This works in about thirty minutes with less nocturnal interruptions, aside from the usual bathroom trip. Glad to have found both the non-addictive relaxing effect of L-theanine with the natural sleep inducing effect of melatonin in a time-release caplet, combined with herbs historically used in promoting a peaceful mood. Saves me having to take a random handful of the supplements separately, in a less accurate and non-measured-release method. Great find. Effective product.

I have been using this product to help me sleep for a couple months now. It is a slow release tablet so it doesn't only help you to fall asleep, it helps you to stay asleep. I've tried very many products for my sleep issues and this one is the only one that works to help keep me sleeping. I wake up a lot throughout the night and I fall right back asleep if I take this.

I am a senior gal on SS with a Medicare Advantage plan that has an OTC monthly benefit that I fill through Medline. It was this past April that I first bought a package of Sleep3. So around mid-April 2025 I took my first dose to help with sleep. Up to that point I had been taking Melatonin 5mg and thought Sleep3 would be an improvement. I stopped taking Sleep3 on October 14, 2025 after some six months of taking it every night. For several months I had been noticing a pungent urine odor that I described to my PCP as strong, consistent and rather savory - that I just could not ID what it smelled like. He said probably a supplement I was taking and mentioned B vitamins. I stopped my senior multivitamin immediately but the strong urine smell didn't stop! I was concerned since I have had stage 3a kidney disease. Recently, I was having issues with headaches that come on right before I get up and nausea. Also recently, I had started removing the Sleep3 tablets, 7 at a time, from the foil wrapping to put in my 7-day pill case. THAT WAS WHEN I NOTICED A WEIRD SMELL FROM THE TABLETS! It was a lightbulb moment and I started researching the ingredients ... particularly L-Theanine and Valerian root. I found an online forum with people talking about how Sleep3 tablets smell like poop or dirty feet and mentioning other concerning issues. I didn't stop the Sleep3 until a week or two later still thinking "it couldn't be the Sleep3 could it." Well, one day after stopping, I could still smell a hint of the weird savory pungent odor in my urine. Then it was 2 days later and essentially it was GONE!! Oh man I thought, my PCP was right!!! He didn't know I was taking Sleep3 but knew I was taking Melatonin.
