I use this MCT oil in my morning smoothies, since it can potentially help with my brain fog due to its unique properties as a brain-fueling fat. It seems to help relieve some of the brain fog. I usually get it when on a good sale.

Great product, works for me. Gets me going mentally and physically.

I have noticed better bathroom experience, (lol!) and actually sleeping better. Not sure if that is one of the benefits or not. I would recommend it to anyone.

Ok but like the liquid better to put in my coffee. Good product. I'm almost 88 yrs old n do chair yoga n chair dancing 3 x a week n live in my home alone n still drive. Never ever had a ticket or a wreck. God is good

Cannot tell if it works but this is easy to take and swallow. Good value.

I received a torn package shipped on 3/27 missing 1 bottle. I sent an e-mail to Swanson and they replied that they would contact me later. I've yet to hear from them. Very disappointing/
